Mr. Barrister Mohammad Habibur Rahman
Mr. Habib joined at the Legal Care in July, 2018 and started dealing with the High Court matters. Mr. Habib obtained his first LL.B. (Hons.) from BRAC University and then second law degree from University of London (UK), respectively with a result of first class and 2:1. Thereafter, he received the Cardiff Law School Scholarship 2015/16 to pursue his LL.M. in Human Rights Law at Cardiff University, UK and accordingly he completed his LL.M. in September 2016, with a result of Distinction. Then, he completed his PGDL Bar professional Training Course from Cardiff University in July 2017, with a result of Very Competent. He was called to the Bar of England and Wales from Lincoln's Inn, London, in November 2017. Prior to joining the legal care team, Mr. Habib worked as an intern at Akhtar Imam and Associates and undertook a mini-pupillage at renowned law chamber namely t.rahman & associates. Mr. Habib is a part-time faculty member at the London College of Legal Studies (North). He is also a legal columnist and writes for a number of daily newspapers including the Daily Star, Financial Express, Dhaka Tribune, and Daily Observer etc. He also has authored and published a number of scholarly research manuscripts in distinguished national and international law journals. Mr. Habib is a member of the Human Rights Lawyers Association, UK and the Honourable Society of the Lincoln's Inn, UK.
